The conference will provide a global forum to examine evolving food safety regulations and the systems required to protect consumers throughout increasingly complex food supply chains.

ICGFSLFSS-2026 will explore food safety legislation and standards, regulatory frameworks, risk assessment, foodborne disease prevention, traceability, quality control, inspection and enforcement, international food trade, supply-chain safety, emerging food technologies, and food safety management systems.
